After working for many years in Customer Service, I realised that my passion was more in personal development and that coaching was something I'd already been doing, although unofficially. 

While working towards my accreditation, I worked as an Operations Manager within a training company, co-ordinating their coach-training course and overseeing the day to day admin of the department. Through this role I gained a real understanding of the type of company I would like to run, and formed ~Inspiring Change~.
