Life as is

In the absence of self (non-self), non-doing and non-attaining states, life unfolds itself as it is.

No grasping/attachment, craving/desires, aversion, elation and emotions or feelings of any kind. Only in this way can we stop from repeating habitual behaviours and return to the original element. The natural state of mind is purity and emptiness.

Release the need to control our body and mind – let go and let be. There’s no need to try and correct the myriad ways and forms – doing so is only the attachment to doing – the endless cycle of doing.

Effortlessness....
